The Club at Longview is seeking a part-time, weekend shift Access Control Guard to join the Gatehouse department. Gatehouse Attendants are the first point of contact when arriving at the property and are responsible for safely allowing access to members, their listed guests, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Members, Guests, and Vendors: Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and vendors, ensuring a positive experience at the property.
  • Patrolling the Property and Buildings: Conduct regular patrols of the property and buildings to ensure the safety and security of members, guests, and staff.
  • Updating Activity Logs and Incident Reports: Accurately record and update activity logs and incident reports to maintain a secure and transparent environment.
  • Securing Buildings and Work Alarm Systems: Ensure the secure operation of buildings and alarm systems, preventing unauthorized access and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Directing Traffic When Necessary: Safely direct traffic and manage access to the property, ensuring the smooth flow of members, guests, and vendors.
  • Interacting with Local Law Enforcement and Responding to Emergencies: Collaborate with local law enforcement and respond to emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekend 8-hour shifts, 3 pm-11 pm.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for members, guests, and vendors.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure the secure operation of buildings and alarm systems.
