The successful candidate will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, conducting interviews with applicants, and analyzing financial data to determine the best loan options. They will also be responsible for communicating with clients, appraisers, title officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan process.
Requirements for the position include a current active NMLS license, 3-5 years of experience as a loan originator, and excellent communication and analytical skills. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate mortgage loans from self-generated efforts, corporate relationship referrals, and other campaigns.
- Interview applicants to develop information regarding their goals and determine the appropriate products, terms, and pricing.
- Responsible for collecting necessary client documents and analyzing income, assets, credit for mortgage loan applications.
- Take applications, conduct preliminary reviews, and submit complete loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
- Ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing, are secured in a timely manner during origination.
- Take initiative to conduct daily marketing efforts with an expectation to generate 4+ loans per month.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Achieve team and individual sales/production goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- NMLS License.
- 3-5 Years outside loan originator experience.
- High School degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple loans/priorities at the same time.
- Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data.
- Professional and effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet the required hours of operation.
- Self-Motivated.
- Works in a highly ethical manner in any and all dealings with colleagues, clients, and partners.
