We’re united by purpose, inspired by you.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Go-To-Market team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules for senior leadership, coordinating meetings, travel coordination, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of GTM strategies. This role demands professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. About you: Basic Qualifications • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role • Experience managing multiple calendars, expense report processing and experience providing onsite and offsite event support. • Proficient in both verbal and written communication, adept at conveying ideas effectively • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications • Be the driving force behind positive transformations, an analytical person who links ideas and people together seamlessly. Preferred Qualifications: • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic priorities through effective communication, presentation and influencing skills and an acute customer focus. • A creative thinker who anticipates the needs of our leaders and organization weeks, months, and quarters in advance, and is eager to tackle tough problems with a focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and a growth mindset. • Strong project management skills and the demonstrated ability to pivot based on business needs and priorities, coupled with a strong understanding of technology. • Provide support for event planning, and expense processing for operational efficiency. • Develops, motivates, and inspires individuals to achieve their best work, fostering a positive work culture that enhances performance and productivity. • Collaborate effectively in an innovative environment, embracing feedback for personal growth and development. The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
