Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, including managing staff schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all housekeeping duties are completed to a high standard.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies, including linens, cleaning products, and equipment, to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Cost Control: Work with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement cost control measures to ensure that our housekeeping budget is managed effectively.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of housekeeping staff. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
