Job Overview

At Spotlight Analyst Relations, we're seeking a motivated individual to join our technology team as an intern. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and contribute to the growth of our proprietary tech platform.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the development team with back-end and front-end coding, testing, and debugging
  • Gain exposure to our tech stack: PostgreSQL, Node, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, GitHub, Jira
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle
Requirements
  • Computer science majors encouraged
  • Priority given to candidates finishing their undergraduate degree between 2025 and 2026
  • Must be based in Kansas City to work in our Crossroads office
  • Available to work approximately 40 hours/week
  • Eager to learn and collaborate with various departments
