Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to join our team at Signify Health. This role will be responsible for coordinating laboratory work and other ancillary services performed by our providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lab Program Coordination: Maintain the daily operation of the lab program, including maintaining lab supply inventory levels and ordering necessary laboratory supplies from approved vendors.
  • Ancillary Services Coordination: Reconcile scheduled and completed diabetic exams, bone density scans, and PAD scans daily. Contact plan members via phone for abnormal results of specific tests performed within the home.
  • Reporting and Communication: Deliver accurate and on-time reporting to customer success. Ensure each clinician has adequate laboratory supplies to perform lab duties as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times and work collaboratively with internal staff and clinical providers to ensure effective operation of all ancillary services.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Fluently speak, read, and write English. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask. Basic skills in MS Office; Intermediate skills in Excel.
  • Technical Skills: Google Drive and Suite skills a plus. Accurate data entry skills.
Preferred Attributes
  • Language Skills: Spanish speaking fluency is a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and succeed on individual tasks.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment.
