Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Staci Americas in Dallas. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Picking and packing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborating with warehouse supervisors and other team members to achieve operational goals
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately count and record inventory
