The Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Manufacturing and Logistics consulting practice. This role will focus on industrial manufacturing strategies at the intersection of business and technology, helping lead the way as we continue to scale our business.

Responsibilities
  • Consult directly with clients and provide advisory services to help them solve complex business and technology challenges.
  • Manage and direct a small-to-medium team of developers through client engagement, analysis, business case development, and solution development.
  • Lead communications with project stakeholders, including status reporting, priority setting, and timely issue resolution.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and practice initiatives, including the development of consulting assets and solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in industry or capability group, including future state process definition for AR/AP for freight brokerage, drayage, warehousing, and managed services businesses.
  • Encourage and facilitate business development activities, including opportunity validation, strategy approval, RFI support, storyline, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Engage with client contacts to generate leads and identify new opportunities for consulting services.
  • Recognize, capture, store, and promote the sharing of engagement collateral and IP, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and articles.
  • Support the implementation of practice initiatives or service offerings, including Strategic Control Points (SCP) and consulting assets.
  • Serve as a people leader within Consulting, supporting professional development of the team.
Qualifications
  • Must have experience working in SOX Compliance and SOX management functions.
  • Strong Agile Product Owner experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Agile tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to teach and mentor other team members.
  • Able to develop and deliver user stories, test scenarios, and other artifacts for group and other teams.
  • Expert in product management techniques, including user story mapping, Minimum Viable Products, and cycle time and throughput improvement.
  • Ability to work with large cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore mode of delivery.
Desired Skills
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Presales experience or interest.
  • Technical knowledge, including cloud implementations and data analytics.
