Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Construction Manager to join our team at Vedanta Telecom LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment and management at assigned job/venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feasibility Walks: Perform feasibility walks at venues to determine suitability for telecommunications equipment deployment, including cable routing, GPS placement, and ingress/egress to headend.
  • SOW and BOM Development: Analyze and develop Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for telecommunications equipment deployment, working closely with RF design teams to ensure minimum throughput requirements are met.
  • Access and Scope Evaluation: Evaluate job/venue access and scope, determining the step-by-step methodology to build the system, and preparing reports for Senior Construction Managers and Customer Project Managers.
  • Material Deficiency Resolution: Identify and report material deficiencies that may halt job construction, and create plans for resolving these deficiencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Specific Experience: Proven experience in In-Building solutions, with a strong understanding of telecommunications equipment deployment and management.
  • Local Presence: Local presence in the PNW area, with the ability to perform physical site walks and on-site construction management.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in telecommunications equipment deployment and management, including RF design and network optimization.
