Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support. Your expertise will be essential in implementing evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication, and life skills, and collaborating with our clinical team to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to provide individualized therapy services
  • Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans to teach social, communication, and life skills
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to achieve optimal results and provide ongoing support to clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism or in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate client needs
