Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Physicians' Prescribed Plan of Care: executing treatment plans as prescribed by physicians
  • Patient Assessments and Coordination of Care: conducting thorough assessments and coordinating patient care
  • Administration of Prescribed Medication, Treatments, and Therapies: providing medication and treatment administration as directed by physicians
  • Compliant, Timely Documentation of Care Provided: maintaining accurate records of patient care
  • Health Promotion, Teaching, and Training of Family Members: educating family members on patient care and promoting healthy habits
  • Accepting and Writing Verbal Orders from Physicians as Required: accepting and recording verbal orders from physicians as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Active, Unencumbered License (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice, ensuring you meet the necessary licensing requirements
  • Current CPR Certification from American Red Cross or Equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to patient safety and care
  • TB Skin Test (Current within Last 12 Months), ensuring your compliance with infection control protocols
  • Six Months Prior Hands-on Nursing Experience Preferred but Not Required, showcasing your ability to adapt to new situations and environments
