Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis
  • Train and educate patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures and techniques
  • Collect, analyze, and record patient health data accurately
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve patient outcomes
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience
  • Copy of current, valid driver's license
  • Geriatric patient experience
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience
  • Crown Web EMR experience (preferred)
  • BSN (preferred)
  • Previous travel experience (preferred)
