As a Dialysis Nurse - Resident - New Graduate, you will be part of our comprehensive training program, which includes didactic training, simulation experience, and a clinical preceptorship in the hiring facility. Our program is designed to bridge the nursing skills gap and provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your career.

During your training, you will work closely with our experienced nurses and clinicians to develop your skills and knowledge in dialysis nursing. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our StaRN program, which provides specialized training in dialysis nursing.

As a Dialysis Nurse - Resident - New Graduate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care
  • Participate in our StaRN program to develop specialized skills and knowledge in dialysis nursing
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's mission and values

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within one (1) year of employment
  • At least two (2) years Associate Degree or four (4) year Bachelor's Degree
