Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Drone Pilot to join our Prime Air initiative. This role is crucial in supporting our operations as we prepare for advanced delivery systems.

Travel Requirements: The position may involve up to 25% travel, primarily during the training phase, with trips lasting up to two weeks. Post-training travel is not anticipated.

Compliance and Safety: This role may necessitate obtaining an export control license in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Candidates must be able to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 40 pounds, including drones and batteries, and perform various physical tasks such as bending and squatting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing: Ability to stand for extended periods during drone operations.
  • Climbing: May require ascending ladders or elevated platforms for maintenance and inspections.
  • Visual Acuity: Strong visual skills are essential for identifying obstacles and changes in flight conditions.

Regulatory Compliance: As a company governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), all employees in safety-sensitive roles must adhere to FAA drug and alcohol testing regulations. This includes pre-employment and random testing, as well as testing following any incidents.

Certification Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid FAA Part 107 certification prior to employment. Compliance with FAA regulations is critical to ensuring the safety of our operations and the public.
