We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reside. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk, ensuring a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Front Office Operations: Maintain proper operation and ensure that all property standards are met, including logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
  • Communication: Answer any guests' inquiries about property services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner, using proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other employees.
  • Room Reservations: Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, using hospitality terminology and knowledge of emergency procedures as needed.
  • Computer System: Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system, including completing tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience, with college coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred, with customer service experience a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand during the entire shift, with light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
