As a Trailer Maintenance Specialist, your responsibilities will include conducting DOT Inspections, performing aluminum welding on new tarps and catwalks, executing preventive maintenance services, and carrying out various repairs.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and DOT Inspections on trailers, trucks, and associated equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, disassemble vehicles, and inspect components for defects and wear.
  • Execute repair and customization tasks as assigned, including routine maintenance, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Provide after-sales support, including component installations.
  • Engage in fabrication and welding tasks (stick, wire feed, braze, solder), cutting (gas, plasma, saws), riveting, and fiberglass repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with the service manager, service writer, and customers regarding ongoing projects.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working efficiently and safely to deliver exceptional service.
  • A CDL is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
