Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Team Member to join our team at Matthew's Grounds Maintenance LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties, ensuring they look their best at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate commercial lawn equipment, including string trimmers, backpack blowers, and aerators.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as spring clean-ups and raking, as well as small landscape installations.
  • Drive a truck with trailer attached to transport equipment and materials.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift 50-80 pounds.
  • Punctuality and a clean appearance are essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
  • A 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of overtime.
  • Bi-weekly pay with the option of direct deposit.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including workers' compensation insurance.
