Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
An Office Operations Coordinator is needed to provide administrative support to the HR Department and other departments as needed at Check-Mate Industries in Thomasville, Georgia. This role entails maintaining electronic files, conducting exit interviews, scheduling initial screens, second interviews, assessments, and tours, coordinating the pre-employment process, managing internal job postings, and ensuring employee enrollment in benefits.
About the Role:
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a H.S. diploma or GED from an accredited institution of higher learning, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, and 0-3+ years of experience working in the human resources field. Type 45-50 words per minute and 1-5 years of Microsoft Office Experience are also required.

Requirements:

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $43,500 - $62,000 depending on experience.
