About the Role:

We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team at Goodwill Northern New England. As a Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our customers receive high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and inspect donated items to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Stock donated items on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing display
  • Prioritize safety and follow Agency safety policies
  • Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals

Requirements:

  • Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job
  • Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work
  • Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing
