Job Summary

USPI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OR Manager to join our team at Camp Lowell Surgery Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our surgical suites.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee the pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
  
• Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information, surgical procedures, and inventory.
  
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• Three years of experience in surgery as a circulator.
  
• One year of experience in surgery management.
  
• Current AZ RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
  
• Independent decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
