About the Role

What You'll Do

  • You'll build relationships with new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies, identifying their needs and priorities to create personalized investment strategies.
  • You'll oversee branch processes, ensuring a high-quality client experience that meets firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You'll engage your branch team to develop and implement business plans, driving growth and achieving desired results.
  • You'll foster a collaborative environment in the branch, promoting mutual trust, respect, and accountability.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in financial services and markets, a passion for learning, and excellent relationship-building skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry. You'll also need to obtain relevant registrations and licenses, such as the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
