Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for hand therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs to patients
  • Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients
  • Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational or Physical Therapy
  • Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy
  • National registration and state licensure or registration
  • Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic required
  • Hand and splinting experience required
  • CPR certification
  • Valid state driver's license
