As a Nurse Practitioner with Matrix Medical Network, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and to make a positive impact on their lives. You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Nurse Practitioner with Matrix Medical Network, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting adult and geriatric assessments, medical history, diagnosis, and treatment
- Developing treatment plans and providing education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing services in a variety of venues, including home visits, skilled facility visits, and telehealth visits

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current RN and NP licensure in the state of practice, with prescription authority
- Board certification by the AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in a Matrix-approved specialty
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
