Responsabilidades:
  • Proporcionar supervisión técnica para estimaciones técnicas utilizando herramientas estándar y estructuras de trabajo del portafolio.
  • Apoyar las interacciones con los clientes mediante un profundo conocimiento del portafolio y experiencia en implementación.
  • Actuar como interfaz técnica con el cliente, desarrollando oportunidades de negocio y asegurando resultados financieros positivos.

  • Identificar oportunidades para nuevos negocios y ayudar en la creación de órdenes de cambio.

  • Desarrollar y refinar modelos de diseño de soluciones utilizando lenguajes de modelado estándar de la industria.
  • Colaborar con el personal técnico del cliente durante la definición de requisitos y la implementación.
  • Mantener y reportar el estado de implementación y cambios en riesgos, estimaciones o cronogramas.
  • Realizar propuestas de soluciones, revisiones de soluciones, análisis de riesgos y presentaciones a clientes.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia mínima de 7-10 años en consultoría en la implementación de Oracle HCM en múltiples clientes.
  • Experiencia práctica en Conversiones HDL, fórmulas rápidas y cargas HSDL.
  • Capacidad para explicar y demostrar plantillas de Oracle a los clientes.
  • Experiencia en Extractos HCM, Informes BI y flujos de nómina personalizados.
  • Experiencia en la configuración de reglas de aprobación de flujo de trabajo BPM.
  • Experiencia en la creación de fórmulas rápidas para Nómina, Beneficios, Ausencias y OTL.
  • Conocimiento en la creación de roles personalizados y reglas de aprovisionamiento automático.
  • Familiaridad con configuraciones SSO con varios proveedores de IDP.
  • Capacidad para gestionar expectativas y relaciones con los clientes, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción.
  • Gestión de un equipo, incluyendo su formación, desarrollo y trayectoria profesional.
  • Facilitar una comunicación abierta y efectiva entre empleados y múltiples niveles de gestión.
