Join Our Team as a Home Health Branch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Health Branch Coordinator to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide administrative support to our medical records and billing department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support for medical records and billing department
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including telephone and personnel communication systems
  • Manage agency supplies and mail, and process accounts payable
  • Assist with EOE billing tasks and manage medical supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare industry, with 1 year in home health
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in computer skills
