Job Title: LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and services to our residents. As a LPN Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
  • Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information
Requirements:
  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
  • Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
