The Erie County Health Department & Erie County Community Health Center is expanding its services to better serve the community.
This organization operates as a local public health department and a federally qualified health center (FQHC), which includes various facilities such as a dental office, detox and crisis stabilization centers, as well as an off-site adult day services facility.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with extended hours on Tuesday evenings until 7:00 p.m. Note that the Agency is closed on weekends and federal holidays. The detox center and crisis facility operate 24/7, while the adult day center runs Monday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 a.m. In addition to basic adult day services, this facility is certified to provide occupational, physical, and speech therapy.Requirements:
* A valid nursing license as a registered nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing, in accordance with Section 4723.
* Certification as a healthcare provider in CPR.
