Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and sustainable food systems. As a Health and Wellness Professional, you will serve as a key resource for customers, Crew Members, and the community, providing expert guidance on nutrition and wellness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging nutrition education programs for various audiences, including workshops, classes, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing questions and concerns related to nutrition and wellness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of continuing education requirements and staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Representing Natural Grocers at local events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or certification in nutrition or a related field (e.g., dietetics, biology, biochemistry, naturopathy).
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and experience with data entry and computer-based applications.
  • A genuine passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and sustainable food systems, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits
