Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Licensed Clinician III to join our team at Alaska Behavioral Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional behavioral healthcare services to individuals in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley.

About the Role

As a Senior Licensed Clinician III, you will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans for assigned clients, evaluating crisis situations promptly, and providing necessary services. You will also provide community-based services to adults experiencing mental illness, therapeutic services to children, adolescents, parents, and families, and clinical licensing supervision to qualified master's level staff.

What We Offer

Alaska Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,637 to $110,828, with a $10,000 hiring bonus for Senior Licensed Clinicians who commit to a two-year employment period. You will also be eligible for tuition loan assistance under Public Service Loan Forgiveness, National Health Service Corps, or Alaska SHARP programs. Our benefits package includes two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, five weeks of PTO for the first year, and eight weeks of PTO after the first year. We also offer a 401k plan with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, and 4% automatically contributed by AKBH.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, an Alaska license as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychological Associate, or Professional Counselor, and the ability to become a licensed supervisor in the state of Alaska.
