Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide high-quality mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents in our coastal Alaskan community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community members to promote trust and understanding.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment and adhere to evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Alaska licensure or eligibility for licensure within six months of employment.
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing psychotherapy or counseling services in a clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
