Job Purpose:

The Court Liaison will provide essential functions to evaluate patients for State Hospital placement, including monitoring admission processes, exparte orders, petitions for involuntary placement, and notifying courts via correct CF-MF forms. The role also involves locating and training guardian advocates, ensuring all functions are completed with high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor admission process and related tasks
  • Manage exparte orders
  • Prepare and file petitions for involuntary placement
  • Notify courts via correct CF-MF forms
  • Locate and train guardian advocates
  • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
