Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services to clients in Rising Sun, Maryland.

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits to clients, and performing assigned duties such as administering medication, wound care, and treatments.

You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and following up with and executing doctors' orders. Additionally, you will perform client assessments as necessary and provide case management and coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, and prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.

You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
