Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical meetings with IT and business project teams. They will create data mappings, user interface specifications, processing logic, and communicate with users, developers, and management as needed. Additionally, they will test development efforts and assist clients in user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. A deep understanding of data mining techniques and hands-on experience building complex SQL queries are essential. Our ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in any part of healthcare revenue cycle management and is able to adapt quickly to new situations. The estimated salary for this role is around $145,000-$165,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
