About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Healthcare Facility Surveyor in Alaska. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise to survey and accredit healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accreditation and certification of facilities serving long-term care residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve survey processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work required.
  • CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification necessary.
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor for accrediting or certifying facilities.
  • Ongoing licensure to practice as an LCSW is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage complex survey processes.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, is mandatory.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $72,000 - $80,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the demands of the role.
