- Transfer wort and beer in accordance with our production schedule, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Monitor fermentation and document key metrics to guarantee healthy beer production, including DO, CO2, and gravities.
- Clean and sanitize tanks and brewing equipment to meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in canning operations, including filling, packing, and labeling, to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Fulfill keg filling responsibilities, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Operate filtration equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain high-quality control standards and provide training and cross-training to colleagues.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to assist in daily documentation and record-keeping, ensuring a detailed record of all production activities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in brewery operations or a related field.
- Cellar and packaging experience preferred.

- A passion for beer, brewing, and the brewing industry.
