As a CT Technologist at Banner Imaging, you will collaborate with colleagues dedicated to ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT scans adhering to ALARA principles.
- Perform venipuncture and i-Stat testing.
- Execute CT, CTA Coronary, and CTV examinations.
- Verify the accuracy of orders.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 26 per day.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, consisting of four 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, scheduled for Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

This role involves executing designated procedures in line with departmental policies and protocols, ensuring optimal care for patients.
Core Functions:
- Perform procedures by confirming and adhering to referring providers' orders, applying independent judgment and established methodologies.
- Educate patients and families about the procedures and treatments being performed, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Produce high-quality images and prepare them for timely interpretation, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Conduct equipment quality control assessments and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to radiology practice, including confidentiality.
- Ensure efficient workflow within the department and maintain adequate inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) is mandatory. State licensure is required for Arizona, Wyoming, and Nevada, including Radiography or Nuclear Medicine and CT license prior to hire. Advanced certification in Computed Tomography must be obtained within 18 months of hire. BLS certification is also required.
This position necessitates clinical expertise typically acquired through two years of experience. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
