Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Hannibal, MO facility. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our production operations, packaging, and sanitation activities. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with experienced teams, utilize advanced technology, and gain valuable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with equipment startup, changeover, and shutdown
  • Support production operations, packaging, and sanitation activities
  • Work with experienced teams to gain valuable skills
  • Troubleshoot machinery issues and participate in continuous improvement
  • Train new employees and take on new challenges

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Performing physical tasks for extended periods
  • Working in various environmental conditions
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
