Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to expand the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
- Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to guarantee a successful transaction.
- Host open houses to foster relationships with prospective buyers and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
- Draft and manage contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth process for clients.
- Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with detailed information on properties that align with their requirements and financial plans.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related real estate role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of success in real estate.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with the capacity to travel.
Compensation:
Expected earnings range from $30,000 to $100,000 annually based on performance.
