Role Summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Kennewick/Pasco/Tri-cities. As a SLPA, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient therapy to address feeding, language, speech, autism, and other areas of developmental disabilities and delays. You will have the opportunity to gain excellent clinical experience within a wide range of diversity in your caseload, and make a significant impact on the lives of children.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient therapy to address feeding, language, speech, autism, and other areas of developmental disabilities and delays
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other therapists and therapy assistants to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

* WA SLPA certification or be working towards certification, having met all of the requirements for certification
* Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children
* Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
