Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage client projects that span across one or more departments, providing oversight for project resources and schedules.
- Leadership: Lead activities for reporting and ensure solid project performance, including management of issues, risks, and project change requests.
- Communication: Provide project leadership for the IMEC team to accomplish project milestones and goals, and identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with client, project, and program stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Financial Management: Monitor the financial status of projects to mitigate risks and identify project plan deficiencies, coordinating corrective action plans.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate day-to-day project activities with required resources, ensuring all project materials are procured and provided as specified in the project.
- Reporting: Provide status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to the appropriate levels in the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Three to five years of related experience preferred, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Sales Force.
