  • Ensure the store is maintained in a safe and welcoming condition, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assume responsibility for key financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Act as a backup to the Store Manager, providing leadership and support during their absence.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for business use.
  • Liability insurance on the vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic business environment.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
