Sales and Service Manager for Environmental Waste Services

A highly skilled Sales and Service Manager is needed to drive sales growth and provide exceptional service to customers in the environmental waste services industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, as well as providing training and support to our sales and service representatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the environmental waste services industry. They will be able to effectively communicate with customers, build strong relationships, and negotiate sales agreements that meet their needs.
This role requires excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales and service representatives. The successful candidate will also have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
