Outside Sales Representative with Unlimited Potential

At Plymouth Lubricants, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Wisconsin. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and expanding our presence in the region.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can create and implement effective sales plans to meet personal and company goals. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client base within your assigned territory while achieving desired profitability levels in the heavy-duty and industrial lubrication sales markets.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospective customers through daily outreach efforts. You will also develop positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates us from competitors.
In addition, you will coordinate with other team members and leaders to generate sales and provide exceptional customer service. Your ability to stay informed about industry and company developments will be crucial in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a sales strategy to meet personal and company sales goals.
- Maintain and expand client base within assigned territory while reaching desired profitability levels within preferred heavy-duty and industrial lubrication sales markets.
- Daily outreach to customers and prospective customers to build and maintain relationships.
- Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates us, our products, and our services.
- Coordinate with other team members and leaders to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay informed on latest industry and company developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years proven sales experience in outside B2B sales.
- Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer competent especially with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 base salary plus commissions.
