Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based hand therapy programs to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to standardize and improve hand therapy practices across all rehabilitation locations.
  • Assist leadership in ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency within the hand therapy specialty area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist from the Georgia State Board of the appropriate discipline.
  • Advanced Board Certification in Hand Therapy or equivalent specialization recognized by a national accreditation body (e.g., American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, American Occupational Therapy Association).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hand therapy practice.
  • Certification in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for all age groups.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
