About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and goals for each client
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for clients
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with behavioral health practices and terminology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods
  • Understanding of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote schedule in Cumming, GA 30040.
