Westminster Communities of Florida is currently looking for a dedicated full-time Safety Officer. This role involves working between 32 to 40 hours per week with varying shifts. The primary responsibility is to safeguard the community's premises against fire hazards, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Additionally, the Safety Officer will support staff in fulfilling the needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold and promote the principles of Legendary Service while honoring the organization's mission.
  • Act and respond in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Assist in the execution of security duties as directed by the Maintenance Director or Administrator.
  • Regularly perform security tasks, adhering to the established scope of practice for a Safety Officer.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess one to two years of relevant experience or training. EEO/DFWP+

Compensation begins at $15.12 per hour.
