Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team in the Termeer Center, a 22-chair clinical trials research unit specializing in first-in-human, Phase 1 Clinical trials.

This is an exciting opportunity to be on the cutting edge of discovering new cancer therapies and work with a talented team of research and infusion nurses. As a Phase 1 Research Nurse, you will be responsible for screening and enrolling patients for trials, patient education, triage phone support for patients in between treatment visits, symptom management, expert knowledge of protocols, meticulous documentation, and strong advocacy for patients while they are on trial.

The Termeer Center has a strong commitment to primary nursing, and our nurses are supported by a strong Resource Nurse team and a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Scientist, and a Nurse Director. Responsibilities
  • Screen and enroll patients for trials
  • Patient education and triage phone support

  • Work closely with Infusion RNs, APPs, and Physicians in Termeer
Requirements
  • MA RN license required
  • BSN required
  • Minimum of two-year RN experience required
  • Oncology Infusion or inpatient experience and are strongly preferred
  • Clinical trials research experience preferred
