Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide nursing and healthcare services to individuals with disabilities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and services to individuals with disabilities, following established policies and procedures.
  • Train clients and staff on healthcare procedures and best practices.
  • Evaluate emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure client safety.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Assist physicians as needed and maintain accurate records of client care.
  • Participate in the development of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and attend Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Tennessee license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift repetitively a minimum of 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.
  • Ability to physically assist and interact with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
