The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy operations management and be able to demonstrate advanced communication skills necessary to be the administrative point-of-contact for leadership and work collaboratively with and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements pharmacy business plans and strategies.
  • Provides leadership and direction to Pharmacy Managers and staff in assigned locations.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, TJC, O.S.H.A., SBOP, and Departmental policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for locations pharmacy quality, service, and fiscal outcomes.
  • Leverages technology to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of previous pharmacy supervisory experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years supervisory/management experience in an integrated delivery system or healthcare network comprised of multiple sites/facilities.
  • Degree in Pharmacy required.
  • Pharmacist License (California) required.
