We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternal Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Maternal Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns in the Maternal Float Pool unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
